Clemco Classic Blast Machine Model 1642 with TLR-100 Remote Controls, Auto Quantum Valve (AQV) and Abrasive Cut-off Switch (ACS)
This unit is a 1 inch Piped, Clemco Classic blast machine that holds 2 cubic feet (approximately 200 lbs.) of abrasive blast media. This portable blast machine has 1” piping and comes with a Quantum Auto Grit Metering Valve (AQV) and Remote control system. If using a No. 5 (5/16-inch) blast nozzle, you can expect approximately 15 minutes of productive blasting at 80 psi.
Quantum Auto Metering Valve
The Auto Quantum is used for pressure-hold systems and pressurerelease systems with abrasive cut-off. Abrasive cut-off permits shutting off abrasive to blow down the surface with air. Available in both pneumatic and electric.
AQV - Auto Quantum grit valve with metering assembly and installation fittings includes 01718, 01791, 01818, 01993, and 02513
Remote Controls
The included TLR-100C remote control system is equipped with an Abrasive Cut-off Switch (ACS), which permits the operator to shut off the abrasive flow for clearing the blast hose and for blowing down the surfaces after blasting.
Note: when purchasing a blast machine separate from other accessories and materials necessary for blasting, keep in mind the compatibility of parts and the machine.
